So it’s taco Tuesday…fajitas is what we made tonight… I’m stuffed…sangria is my go too because margaritas kick my ass…
Mixed wine is a nice change from red wine or white. My campfire my go to everyday if not rainy…no matter how tired I worn out it calms me… relaxes me…
The last time I made fajitas was in the summer. It’s yummy even on the fall. Tortilla soup tomorrow night which I’m excited about… I have had people tell me I should be a chef… no thank you I’d rather cook for enjoyment…verses pleasing strangers… lol…then I’m a writer whose life…is pleasing strangers… lol… ironic right?
Comfort and food seems to be the solution to many things… they equal all the things we are comfortable with…I did a nacho bar birthday I’ve done many times… it’s yummy… no matter what…even in my fiction writing world it was a success…
So comfort food (aka Mexican food) is necessary at all times… delicious things found at opportune moments… life is funny that way…
