It is strange to me that this is a topic of conversation. More so that people need to be reminded to be kind. To treat others as human beings.
My grandparents and parents raised me to be kind. It was as natural as saying please an thank you, keeping you elbows off the table. Opening doors for seniors. You know manners? Proper etiquette? Do that teach that anymore…
It’s crazy to me. Stuff that was drilled into my head as a child so diligently I have taught my children. I only hope they grasp it and use it in everyday life. Too many people no longer use kindness in everyday life it is sad.
Being kind is simply that. Treating someone else the same way you want to be treated.
Help a neighboor, call a friend, tell a family member you love them. Stress and uncertainty makes us forget the simplest things mean the most.
That’s a all I have tonight friends. Writing and life are a work in progress…(just like me)😉
