Today is national Merlot day! My absolute favorite wine. Next to Cabernet of course. This wine can be jammy, with plum, or cherry sometimes vanilla. In a word delicious.
Did you know that wine takes on the flavors of soul it’s planted in. Amazing right. I worked for a winery for a year and it was a wonderful experience. It just enhanced my love of reds, and merlot wines.
If you trying new wines, or are interested in a delicious red this is one should be on your list.
