What foods would you like to make?

I have never made pasta from scratch. It has been a dream of mine. Yet I’m terrified I’ll mess it up. This goes with homemade pie crust too. I’m worried I’ll screw it up. So I have not attempted either. I’m thinking I need too… power to the try right? Cross your fingers and toes for me…
