How do you practice self-care?

As a mother and a wife it is incredibly difficult to take time for self care. Any moment I take away from duties or family makes me feel like I’m lazy. In turn I work harder and overdue it resulting in exhaustion and collapse. I am trying to do better. So when I take time it’s an hour of writing, a couple hours of reading, or catching up on favorite shows. I usually do any or all of these on days off from work. I still do all my normal housework, dinner, laundry etc…but I pace myself. So take it from me…Slow down…In the end it’s worth it.
